Yen Hoa commune of Ninh Binh province's Yen Mo district, together with 12 other collectives and individuals, were honoured for their outstanding achievements in the patriotic emulation movement and the cause of national construction and defence in the "Vietnam Glory" programme.

Ninh Binh province has cooperated with the Department of Information Technology under the Ministry of Information and Communications to pilot digital transformation in Yen Mo district's Yen Hoa commune and turn it into a smart commune by the end of 2020.
